Kosovo police have accepted information about threats to the president and the state prosecutor has been announced, for which criminal case has already been initiated. That's what they said from the Kosovo Police in an answer to Express.
Kosovo's “Police have received information that you refer to, according to procedures the State Prosecutor has been announced and criminal case has been initiated. ”
Yesterday it became known that in the official mail of the Presidency, an account called “Rrap Tap” has threatened President Vjosa Osmani with life.
Bekim Kupina, adviser to President Osmani, has confirmed that the e-mail was sent to the institution's official address.
The threat has been sent to the presidency's official email”, Cupina said, adding that the case was reported to the Kosovo Police and dozens of other threats.
Meanwhile, Kosovo's First Master, don Sadriu, has reacted through a post on the social Facebook network, has said threats are not random and isolated but consistent, clear and specific.
Sadriu has added that in addition to threats, fabricated slander has emerged, which aims to incite hatred and create a climate where violence is perceived as justified.
He has also criticised competent institutions that no action and no responsibility has been taken.
Because none of the threats have been faced with justice. No action. No responsibility. And when the respective institutions are silent, the violence naturally speaks. When responsible institutions do not protect, the threats feel secure. Today is the President. Anybody else tomorrow? The danger is clear. Silence is my fellow god. The time for action has passed since”, Sadriu wrote.
