Police action in several regions: 11 Suspects Arrested for License-Squiries

Kosovo police have arrested 11 suspects in several municipalities after the operation “Patenta”, writes Periscopi. Kosovo Police, respectively, Directorate for Investigation of Economic Crimes and Corruption by 29.05.2025, according to the Operational Plan “PATENTA” has carried out the Pristina Constitutional Court's ordinance withties in the Pristina region, Gjilan and Gjakova have checked 10 different locations, such as private homes, MMPHI regional offices - co-ordinators/examinators and businesses with auto school activities.
Investigations into this case have been initiated months ago with the cases, the specific investigation measures under which they have been able to provide sufficient evidence for criminal acts ] the use of official position or authority, “The acceptability of bribery in the private sector”, <x2UUG influence” and “keeping control, or unauthorized possession of arms”, proving that eleven suspected Kosovar men in various forms in the ongoing form have helped candidates to equip themselves with different patents, with different categories of driving with purposes, with persons or other persons' benefits, in opposition to the law.
During the search, evidence has been seized as follows:
An AK47,
Two guns,
224 rounds of various calibre bullets,
money available (16.145 euros and 6660 Swiss francs),
17 mobile phones,
3 PC,
2 USB
And relevant documentation for further investigation.
Regarding the case, suspected persons have been associated with the interview and with the prosecutor's decision ten of them have been sent to the hold for 48 hours, while one has been released in regular procedure.
