Concernful and unacceptable, prosecutors' association has praised the attacks by government and party officials Guxo, against Prosecutor Admir Shala's Special Prosecutor. Members of civil society, the attacks towards the prosecution have seen them as a strategy of power used every time an official is investigated for corruption.
“I have no comment” was the reply of special prosecutor Admir Shala, in the face of charges of attacks by the Guxo party following the interview of incumbent Agriculture Minister Faton Peci as suspected of corruption.
This case prompted a new wave of attacks on the Prosecution, as well as other government officials.
Peci's interview of the party he is leading called a political game, a case staged by prosecutor Admir Shala, who writes he was once secretary of the PDK Youth Forum in Prizren.
The Guxon Party expresses its deep concern over the recent actions of the Special Prosecutor, which is evidently giving evidence that he has become part of the political games by targeting the most successful government minister Kurti 2. Faton Peci. The whole issue gets an even more bitter taste when it's considered that the entire “rassively” prosecutor of the fabricated case is former secretary of the PDK Youth Forum in Prizren. Minister Peci is a symbol of steadfast commitment to the fight against crime and corruption. With strong determination and integrity, he has been on the front lines of efforts to clean up institutions and restore civic confidence in the rule of law. And so, Mr. Peci has been the voice and act of freeing unjustly confiscated public property, acting uncompetitively to any form of usurpation, without political differences or other ties of influence. Under his leadership, the Ministry of Agriculture has experienced a real resurrection. Grants and donations have been distributed on the basis of merit, oriented towards farmers and farmers who actually contribute to the country's rural and food development. The Guxo party stands firmly behind Minister Peci and condemns any attempt to tarnish honest figures working for public interest. These political attacks will not stop our struggle for a just and equal state for all citizens”.
Such charges have not been commented to the special prosecution, who have said that they carry out their work independently and professionally.
The special prosecutor of the Republic of Kosovo does not comment on political statements and positions expressed by the parties that are subject to investigations. The Special Prosecutor conducts her work independently, professionally and in full compliance with the Constitution and laws in force. Every investigative action is undertaken on the basis of evidence and evidence, precisely respecting the guaranteed rights of the parties in procedure”.
In defense of prosecutor Shala and special chief prosecutor Isufaj have emerged from the Kosovo Prosecutors' Association, which praised these unacceptable and disturbing statements.
“She deems deignive language and public accusations directed at Special Prosecutor's Chief Prosecutor unacceptable, Mr. Brian Isufaj, as well as the prosecutor of the case, Mr. Admir Shala, due to the exercise of their legal and constitutional duty. Prosecutors of the Republic of Kosovo, including those of the Special Prosecutor, act in full accordance with the Constitution, laws in power and evidence resulting from investigations. Political charges, attempts at personal discreditment and mention of previous party affiliations cannot and dare not be used as a means to influence prosecutors' decision making or integrity”.
Cover for their scandals are praised at the Kosovo Institute for Justice, accusations of government officials -- charge PSRK's.
“strongly condemning those attacks that are being made to the prosecution in any case when the ruling party or its officials are subject to investigations of corruption criminal acts, unfortunately, the ruling party has already built a strategy where every time its senior officials are suspected of criminal acts of corruption or are being investigated, assaulting prosecutors, against judges”, the Kosovo Institute for Justice has declared.
In addition to Peci, over four years at the top of the executive, several government ministers Kurti were interviewed, including Roseta Hajdari, Albulen Haxhiun and Artane Rizvanolin.
The invitation to testify in the prosecutor about a case of corruption has also taken office Prime Minister Albin Kurti, who has been fined twice by the Court for not presenting it. /Periscope/
