Peci: No negotiations for the House, it belongs to the VV chairman

Peci stressed that the inability to establish the Assembly is due to the lack of votes from opposition parties, adding that the Speaker of the Assembly is reserved for LV and that Prime Minister Albin Kurti will focus on talks for the government, rather than on the position.
