According to Peci, it is an illusion to think that the EU has the obligation to membership Kosovo.
We think that the EU owes its members to us, but no obligation has. To get into the EU has to do things on its own. EU entry reforms are multidimensional”, Peci told RTV21.
Former diplomat Peci has commented on the visit of the European Union's top diplomat, Kaya Kallas, to Kosovo.
“Kallas came with new energy for the region's EU integration, but the region cannot integrate as it is, including Kosovo”, he said.
Peci has further added that Kallas's position was that the Parliament and the Government of Kosovo should be formed as soon as possible to boost the country's stability.
The” could possibly have a government as broad as possible, which would take on obligations would be made so that we could then move forward”, said Peci, as he added that with a broader government, a stable government is understood by a more broad” that is able to take full responsibility for dialogue and finish it”. /Periscope/
