After Periscop's report has emerged another scandal, where the company, which had 30% of the shares of the Kosovo company and had signed government contracts, is with Serbian owners.
Acting Minister Faton Peci has come up with a response after reporting, saying the Kosovo government has neither competence nor legal authority to control contractual trade-off relations within a company.

The Kosovo government has given public interest to the plant for the treatment of animal waste to an Italian-Kosovo consortium!
During the weeks we left behind, we faced slander in response to the functioning of the seven - core stock processing factory!
The first explanation to be exposed was the hinting that there is no legal basis. We proved that the legal basis exists.
The second explanation was that the company was not a consortium. It's proved to be a condition!
The other, the announced criteria for OE or the consortium that must have experience in processing, were deliberately and maliciously calculated as the cost and burden of Government!
The document requiring the assessment of property in Ulpiana, a couple of years ago, was placed in another annex of a document and presented as a land assessment document in Drenas, where part is swamp!
Now, they're starting to lie about shareholder citizenship! The Kosovo government has provided for the use of the factory in question, an Italian-Kosovo consortium.
It's not up to the Ministers or the Ministry/Agentia to be in the flow and pretend to check who sells or buys shares in contractual relations.
We challenge investigative journalism that is very necessary in such cases, to find out where the violation in the rental and operating procedure of the factory is located.
The census process at the ARBK requires representatives of the company/consumption, but there is no legal basis for the nationalisation of the company's/consuming shareholders, which are registered.
As minister of mine and I know about this subject, and as long as I've been involved in this process, I'll be at every television studio tomorrow to clarify this subject.
Also, let the same find the legal basis which allows for eliminating the ongoing competition of stock-buying, due to the citizenship of one shareholder or another.
In no public declaration, regardless of whether one of the shareholders is Serb, eliminating someone on the basis of ethnic affiliation or citizenship would constitute racist approaches, legal offenses and criminal acts.
If, instead of Muhamet Ragipovic the shareholder was named Muhamed Ragip, Albanian of the Valley, but citizens of Serbia, would there be the same report, insulin and echo?
No.
Then why all this noise for a Bosniak/Muslim from Novi Pazar?
