PDK discusses today about LDK) transition government proposal

The Democratic Party of Kosovo will consider today's proposal of the Democratic League of Kosovo to create a unifying government, which included all Albanian parties in the government transition, until the election of the new president, next year.

Our views on the created situation are clear and consistent. We have repeatedly stressed that the country cannot remain hostage to narrow political interests and that institutional blockade is a direct consequence of the irresponsible and imposing approach of the Vetevendosje Movement, which is insisting on keeping the country in crisis. As for the LDK proposal, I am already informed. However, the important decisions we make in the party's organs, so tomorrow, at the regular chairmanship meeting we will discuss all political developments and further steps”, Krasniqi has declared for Reporter.

Otherwise, LDK) Chairman Lumir Abdixhiku has rejected the invitation yesterday of Vetevendosje Movement leader Albin Kurti, once incumbent Prime Minister for the coalition.

Abdixhiku has come up with a new proposal to establish a government, as he said, that included in the transitional Government all Albanian parties, until the new president's election next year.

For this proposal, Abdixhiku said he is ready to meet with all Albanian parties, including VVA. The AAK has accepted Obadiah's proposal for a meeting.

“The solution from this blockade considers it unnecessary. We propose the launch of a new political process. [...] The LDK proposes launching this process, initially consultative with all Albanian parties, with the goal of launching a national transition government -- a government on the deadline -- until the settlement of President”, Abdixhiku told reporters after meeting with the LDK chairmanship.
