Osmani has said that Dubrava remains an open wound in memory, as well as a lasting testimony to the brutality of the Serbian genocide state to Kosovo Albanians.
“Today we remember the Massacre of Dubrava Prison, one of the most terrible massacres committed by Serbia's genocide regime during the war in Kosovo. In May 1999, within the walls of Dubrava's prison, macabre crime occurred -- for five straight days, Serbia's genocide regime, brutally killed 120 Albanian prisoners of war and political prisoners, and injured 300 others. Dubrava remains the open wound in our collective memory, but also the constant testimony of the brutality of the Serbian genocide state towards Kosovo Albanians”, the president has written. /Periscope/
