The house should never turn into a crime scene!

When there is love in the four walls of the house where there is to be love, security and warmth... there is such a serious crime as this one happened today, where one girl is killed by the hands of her father and the other girl remains wounded along with her mother, we are no longer just in the face of a family tragedy. We're facing a social drama, a loud alarm for everyone. For every society and country!

This is not just a crime. It's a barbarous act.

I appeal to the organs of justice: act with the maximum strength of the law, without mercy to violence! Total approach, maximum punishment, this is the minimum that demands justice in this case.

But justice after tragedy is not enough. Requesting prevention! Prevention to stop the hand it strikes to save the lives that are now vulnerable.

We can never turn our heads around! No more “is family work” when violence erodes the heart of a society.

The house cannot be a place of fear. It must remain a holy refuge!

Deep condolences for lost innocent life. Prayers for strength and healing for survivors. And a loud voice for justice!
