At the invitation of the American Congress, President Vjosa Osmani has travelled to attend the events organised under the spring session of the NATO Parliamentary Assembly, which this year is held in the US city of Dayton.
This session this year also marks the 30th anniversary of the Dayton Peace Agreement for Bosnia and Herzegovina, so the whole event will also be dedicated to peace and security efforts in the Western Balkans, the Presidency has announced.
Presidents of other countries from the region as well as senior NATO, EU and US representatives also participate in this important event.
“In the agenda of President Osmani are a series of activities, including talks on the main dinner as well as on panels, and also meetings with participating delegations”, the Presidency said. /Periscope/
