Foreign relations secretary to the Democratic Party of Kosovo Bernardin Nikaj has said that the draft Association of Serb majority municipalities in the form it is, The PDK does not take it to the Constitutional Court.
But, he has added, the Government would have to address the issue of the European Union's constitutional draft state.
“Draft in this form we don't send to the Constitutional Court in any way, but there are ways that the draft will turn into a draft that in our belief does not violate constitutionality”, he said at “confront”.
