This will be the 23rd consecutive time the convents will gather to elect the Speaker of the Parliament.
But it looks like tomorrow the same scenario will happen again.
The ruling party is insisting that for the proposed candidate, Albulen Hadziu, MPs will vote secretly, but the opposition is rejecting that form of voting.
