At the scene, on “Dagnia” street, police have contacted the victim's mother, who claimed to have seen her daughter within a suspicious car.
When she was getting closer, the car had moved rapidly, hitting the complainer, which was then sent to QKUK for treatment.
After over an hour has passed, the minor girl has appeared in Pristina Emergency, where she received medical assistance and was later interviewed by police.
She claimed it was taken by force from four people on the “Path of Islam” around 00:10, and during the kidnapping it was touched on the neck and hand part before it was released about an hour later.
According to the medical report, she has suffered no physical injuries.
Investigators have identified the suspected car, while the nurse prosecutor for minors has authorised the case to be prosecuted as a criminal offense “Resign”.
Investigations are under way.
