According to him, sanctions imposed by Western allies could be implemented “within the next few days”.

Russia wants the ceasefire discussed in Turkey. We want to implement sanctions against Russia in the coming days, in agreement with the United States”, the French president said.
He stressed that the first security guarantee is a strong Ukrainian army.
