The Special Court claims to be a Kosovo court. The chairman of this court, Trendafilova, a judge in communist Bulgaria, visited Kosovo and conditioned journalists to participate in the media conference unless they record!
But what was even more absurd was the fact that she met with foreign ambassadors in Kosovo! Why should a court chief meet with ambassadors? The Special Court is undermining international justice and risking Kosovo's destabilisation.
