According to Sula, the election result, based on the DP statute, makes the mayor's resignation mandatory, in case he loses in political elections.
“If Berisha resigns, I am willing to return to the DP to give my contribution to re-instruction and a reform of this political force. The best idea is to lead through a college group for at least six months until the reform process is carried out and then switch to selecting management levels. But, if Berisha doesn't resign, I don't step down in PD”, Soula said.
