“Starting tomorrow, May 24th, opens for the vehicle flow of the Llogara tunnel. The work that cuts distance to the south coast and serves the tourist season. Free until September 15th. No passage only to the heavy tonnage tools“, Balluk says, reports TopChannel, broadcast Periscope.
With a length of 5.9 miles [5.9 km], this tunnel significantly shortens travel time to the south coast, distance from Dukati to the Palace, which until yesterday took place in 30 minutes, citizens will now cross it in just 7 minutes.
The Llogora tunnel consists of two tunnels, the main and emergency tunnel. Both the main tunnel and the emergency tunnel, have 11 tunnels connected to each other throughout their length. The Llogora tunnel has a speed of about 50 miles per hour [80 km]. /Periscope/
