“To limit the possibility of the same candidate's nomination for Parliament”, these are comments sent to the Constitutional Court

Periscope has secured the comments sent to the Constitutional Court, concerning the attempt to unblock the Kosovo Assembly, for which now more than a month there is no constitutionalisation.

These MPs propose that:

I. To issue the request in the KO124/25 case as acceptable for the ongoing review and decision-making;
2 / 1 To cancel as unconstitutional all decisions on changing the agenda of April 8, 2025;
3 / 1 Returning the constitutional situation of April 8th 2025 and ordering action in line with the guidelines of the KO119/14 Act regarding the constitutional procedure to be followed for the constitutional framework of the Kosovo Assembly after any general election;
6 / 1 Limit the possibility of proposing the same candidate for Kosovo Assembly Speaker more than once;
V. Set a deadline within which Kosovo's Assembly must be constitutionalised after holding general elections
