Limaj says Kosovo must urgently have institutions.

Among other things, he declared:

All options being made to political forces are being exhausted. The Hour is the truth. Kosovo must have institutions urgently.
The world and the region around us are in turmoil. Kosovo does not have the luxury to keep going like this.
The economic situation in Kosovo has never been worse. We must take responsibility to re-move Kosovo's economy, diplomacy.
People have voted, responsibility is great. We've been chosen to choose institutions.
You have to talk to each other, sit down and deal with what you disagree with. You don't need a deal with what you agree on.

We had no invitation. I expect political forces to be responsible in that spirit. NISMA will make the contribution according to its power. To what extent we will be responsible.
