The incumbent Prime Minister, Albin Kurti, has again ignored journalists' questions before entering the Kosovo Assembly building, where constitutional sessions are expected to continue.
Accompanied by bodyguards, Kurti has provided no response to the political blockade, following the same approach as in previous cases.
The session is expected to begin at 11:00 and represents the 20th attempt at the assembly's constitutionalisation. Vetevendosje's candidate for chairmanship of the assembly, Albulen Haxhiu, continues to face opposition from other parties.
In all the votes held so far, Haxhiu has reached the maximum of 57 votes four short of the 61 votes needed to secure the post.
