A Kosovo license vehicle moving towards the centre today has stalled in the wider part of the subpass, where its roof has hit the ceiling of the underpass. Communication could have continued in the right, narrow lane, passing below”.
“After witnesses, the drama has been resolved for about 20 minutes when the driver has managed to turn back”, the Croatian newspaper reports.
