The leading role in the Balkan region, once attributed to Serbia, is already shifting towards Albania, according to opinionist Aida Dorgi.
She recalled the period when Edi Rama received the mandate in 2013, saying that although it was not said openly, there was a perception that Serbia would be at the helm of regional initiatives, broadcast Periscope.
