This is the result of the visa waiver agreement signed between the two countries on 18 June 2024, which was ratified on 5 February 2025 and entered into force on May 5th 2025.
However, starting on January 1st 2025, all travelers from the countries excluded from the visa, including Kosovo, must receive an Electronic Travel Authority (ETA-IL) before entering Israel. This authorisation is valid for positions of up to 90 days and has a cost of 25 Israeli women (over 7 euros).
To apply for ETA-IL, you can visit the Israeli government's official page: The process is simple and usually takes less than 72 hours to get approval. /Periscope/
