Israel has ordered a massive mobilization of the reserve for even stronger attacks on Gaza, Chief of Staff Eyal Zamir announced today.
“This week, we are sending tens of thousands of calls to our reserveers to reinforce and expand our operations at the Gaza Strip”, the military commander said during a visit to a military base south of Haifa, sends the telegraph.
“We are increasing pressure in order to return our people and defeat Hamas”, Zamir added, writes BBC.
“We will operate in additional areas and destroy all infrastructure on and under the ground. ”
It becomes known that Israel's security cabinet is scheduled to discuss the escalation of the Gaza conflict tonight.
According to Israeli media reports, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyah has already given his approval of the plans.
