The IPK recommended suspension for four police officials in Suhareka

Kosovo's Police Inspectorate has recommended the suspension of four station police officials in Suhareka, including a lieutenant, a sergeant and two other police officials. This recommendation was made after IPK investigators have begun to take investigative actions based on the authorisation of the Basic Prosecutor in Prizren over the failure of police officials to act out the Constitutional Court in Prizren.
“The ruling court had ordered the suspension of house arrest and the replacement for a two defendants, one suspected of serious murder and possession of possession, control and unauthorised possession of weapons, and the other suspected of a criminal offense in carrying out a criminal act”, the IPK statement said.
The task is known to be taking investigative actions against these policemen in co-ordination with the Constitutional Prosecutor in Prizren with suspicion of criminal acts “due to the use of official position or authority” and criminal work “ /Periscope/
