Gucatti further indicated that he has specified it in the request he has sought to visit Jakup Krasniqi, Hashim Thaci, Kadri Veselini, Rexhep Selimi, Peter Shala and Sali Mustafen.
“I have not been asked for conditions and have not been told why the visit was rejected. One day before I left, I was e-mailed, showing me that I was denied requests, and I already had my ticket and hotel reservations”.
