In the LDK's announcement to the media, it has become known that “this meeting comes in response to the lack of response by the ZRE for the official request of 30 deputies, and as an urgent need to discuss the serious consequences of the decision to remove about 1,300 businesses from the regulated energy market, which is expected to negatively affect the private sector, the country's economy and the increase in prices”.

Today, on 21 May 2025, at 2: 00 p.m., in the 506 Hall of the Republic of Kosovo Parliament, MP Hykmete Bajrami in the name of Democratic League of Kosovo deputies (LDK) organises an open meeting to discuss the decision to remove about 1,300 businesses from the regulated energy market.
This meeting comes in response to the lack of response from ZRE for the official request of 30 deputies, and as an urgent need to discuss the serious consequences of the decision to remove about 1,300 businesses from the regulated energy market, which is expected to negatively affect the private sector, the country's economy and increase prices.
