According to the prosecution's report, the K.A., director of the nursery, allegedly in co-ordination with another suspect have adopted financial means entrusted to them because of their position, causing damage to the municipality's Pristina budget.
They allegedly misused over 100,000 euros from the Public Fund.
The prosecution has announced that at their request the suspect has been assigned house arrest measures.
