(a year ago)A serious accident occurred during the night on the road axis “Tuyan scale” - Zul Day”, Tirana. Around 2:30, it's suspected that the vehicle with the director of citizen O. C., 24, has crashed with the leadership vehicle citizen B. H., 23, and passenger citizen O. L., 18. As a result of the accident, citizens [...] have lost their lives.
