UN Secretary General Stephanie Diyarric's spokesman said Guterres is a highly concerned “for Indian military operations beyond the de facto border control line between parts of Kashmir under the control of India and Pakistan, as well as beyond the international border of the two countries, reports the “The Guardian”.
