Kosovo male complainer “has reported that persons unknown from a moving car have fired guns near his house. At the scene a shell was found and confiscated. The suspect has been identified and arrested, and two fire-picts have been confiscated by the same one. After interviewing by the prosecutor's order the suspect was released in regular procedure”, the police report said.
