It's not a Republika Srpska at all. Read the Dayton Accords again. We're marking the 30th anniversary of Dayton. Read what Republika Srpska is and compare it to the statute. There's no resemblance. There's no police for Association. There is no legislative function for association. The association will be under the constitution, not part of the constitution such as Republika Srpska”, Guerot said, reports Express newspaper, Transmitt Periscope.
