Guerot: Kosovo needs functional institutions ♫ democracy is threatened across the continent

France's Ambassador Olivier Guerot today on the “Rubikon” show said Kosovo needs functional institutions.

He said it is in Kosovo's interest because, according to him, there are threats to democracy throughout the continent.

I think that Kosovo, like any other country, needs functional institutions, all institutions, Parliament, Government, also needs independent judiciary and media that function well.
