When asked in KTV why Kosovo did not become part of the agenda in May, Gervala indirectly blamed the opposition.
Part of the interview:
Journalist: We are in May when Kosovo should be on the agenda of the Council of Europe and it's not even in this new administration we're not seeing new positions, it won't be Kosovo this year at the Council of Europe, apparently.
Gervailla: Anyway, year is I over, it wasn't May of this year, but year is over.
Journalist: But the year is I over, but you know the Council of Europe only meets in May
Gervailla: But all partners have assured us that at the appropriate moment there is the possibility of calling an extraordinary meeting of the Council of Europe foreign ministers.
Journalist: Why weren't we part of the agenda?
Gervailla: We made it very easy, not having our institutions built.
