Germany's Foreign Affairs Minister Johann Wadefhul has said there is a great willingness in the US to consider additional sanctions on Russia.
He has indicated that as long as Russian President Vladimir Putin is not serious about the negotiations, said Europeans would be willing to step up sanctions against Russia, Sky News reports.
Minister Waephul also said they expect the US not to tolerate the fact that Russia did not decide an immediate ceasefire.
“We have repeatedly made it clear that we expect one thing from Russia, an immediate ceasefire without preconditions”.
