Three people, including one child, were injured in an attack in front of a Halle residential building in Saxon-Anhal.
According to police, a 29-year-old man was seriously injured, while another 47-year-old and an 11-year-old girl suffered minor injuries. Regarding the wounded, police speak of cuts and stab wounds.
According to their statements, police were called in the early hours of the evening for a row with some people before the entrance of the apartment bloc, writes dpa.de.
There they found the wounded, who were later taken to the hospital.
Following witness reports, a 46-year-old from Kosovo was arrested as a suspect soon afterwards.
A police spokesman said the investigations are under way to determine how injuries occurred and what caused them, albinfo.ch conveys.ch. The situation is under control. Investigations into the motive and murder weapon are continuing.
The newspaper “Bild” reported, citing a witness, that the debate had erupted because of the children's loud noise.
