American billionaire Bill Gates has promised Thursday that he will forgive almost all his personal wealth in the next two decades, saying the world's poorest will receive up to $200 billion through his foundation, at a time when governments worldwide are contracting international aid, the news agency “reportedReuters”.
Microsoft's co-founder, 69-year-old billionaire and philanthropy, has said he is accelerating plans to distribute his wealth and close the Gates Foundation on December 31st, 2045, says time.net.
