Saban's lawyer claims
Under the ruling, Shaban's defence attorney, Besnik Berisha, has reportedly filed a request to drop the indictment on the grounds that evidence listed in the indictment has been illegally received.

Also, in his claims, lawyer Berisha has said that according to his decision, the telephone and device received by Saban has no evidence to testify to their ownership.
Meanwhile, the lawyer Berisha for measures issued through the Constitutional Court's ruling do not meet the legal standard and the suspicion therefore as such the court's action is against its laws.
Meanwhile, Shaban's responses published in the media according to Berisha must be declared unacceptable, as there are no elements linking Shaban to them.
Meanwhile, the claim that Srdjan Rocis was said to have Shaban communications with him is part of the Serbian secret service, according to lawyer Berisha, The PSRK has not confirmed it with a single test.
Determine Lawyer Claims
According to the Foundation's decision, the lawyer Shala has filed a request to challenge the evidence and demand to drop the indictment.
According to Shala, with no single proof P The SRK has not proved that with the actions of Qriminance, judicial order in Kosovo has been jeopardised, and that most of the evidence provided by the Prosecution has been public.
On the other hand, according to Shala, evidence attached to the indictment does not confirm the actual situation and that elements of the criminal act for which Qrim was charged are not fulfilled.
Likewise, Shala has claimed that the government's trip to Serbia to meet with Srdjan Roci has been for health purposes and that crossing the border does not constitute criminal acts.
