Forming the joint government? Peci: Two Constitutional Changes Essential

Analyst Lulzim Peci, on the “Click” show in RTV21, said that if a broad government was to be made, two issues would have to be settled.

According to him, the Constitution should be amended regarding the manner of electing the country's president.

“I think this form should be changed because it is bringing political instability the president's election from parliament, as it may send the country to the elections”, he said.

Peci also stressed that the Constitution should be amended in terms of the Speaker of the Parliament.
