Father - in - law murder, the witness says that the defendant stabbed the deceased three times

Dad, I'm Edon, and he loved me very much, and until he told me that we're going to the police and that he's gone to the police, and that he's missing, said the witness, reports the “Justice Act”.

Similarly, Kosovo indicated that it had recently had some problems with accused Buyup and that for this reason it had left for several days in her father's apartment. She added that for a period of time there had been no contact with Buyup, and for that reason she had presented the case to the police as missing person. A few days later, Buyup had been notified and the case was closed.

The Witness said that in connection with this disappearance, her mother and her brother had pressured her to seek clarification from Buyup and had insisted on a meeting with her in order to share the reasons for extinction. According to Kosovo, Buyup had refused to meet with her family, telling her that “does not care about the problems of the Kosovo family”.

Kosovo also confessed to an incident prior to the murder, where there had been a physical crash between her father and Buyup. According to her, the crash occurred after her father told Buyip that he would take her and her little son into his apartment because of the lack of contact and lack of explanation.

According to the witness, after this statement, Buyup was tense and physical fighting had begun. She said she had asked her father not to announce the case to the police, pledging to clarify it with her husband herself.

Yet, she felt that the situation had not ended. After having forwarded the father to his apartment, Kosovo said her brother had arrived at the door of their apartment and had hurried in. She confessed that she had seen Buyup with a kitchen knife in her hand, which, according to her, had not been taken from the kitchen cabinets but had been outside earlier.

In her view, the brother had tried to hit Buyup with his fist, and the latter had been stabbed. Her father had entered the apartment. During the clash, according to Kosovo, Buyup had stabbed the deceased.

My father entered the apartment, tried to stop both of us, and my brother got his right hand shot at Edon and my father with his left hand, and he shook his brother's hand and cried at the moment and stabbed his father three times with a knife, said Kosovo witness.

She stressed that the event had occurred in the presence of her little son and that, according to her, it was not Buyip's intention to deprive her father of life.

Indictee Edon Buyup, during this session, expressed condolences to Kosovo witness and apologized to her through his lawyer, an apology the witness accepted. The trial was then interrupted by the head of the court.

According to the Pristina Constitutional Prosecutor's Act of October 21st 2024, Edon Buyip said that on November 29, 2023, about 21:15 in his residence on Ali Vitija Street after a dispute between defendants Edon Buyupi friends (his father and brother) have begun fighting between themselves, where during the physical clash between them, with the intent of being forced by life, defendant Edon strikes with cold - stomach weapons that had the height of the 19cm teep in the region of the wing now felt by Kosovo as a consequence of the shooting wounds of the SKUK.

With this Bujupi under the indictment, it is said to have committed criminal work “murder” by Article 172 of the Republic of Kosovo Penal Code.
