Yesterday for the tenth time, the assembly's conclusion failed after the VV again called for a secret vote to elect the chief speaker.
The session will continue tomorrow at 11:00.
The PDK, LDK and AAK have made it clear that Albulen Haxhiun will not vote for mayor, while the VV has said they will not change the candidate.
Following the prime minister's vote, it is scheduled to proceed by the vote of vice-presidents.
The presidential vote and vice-chairmen would pave the way for the formation of the new Kosovo government. The LVV, as the winner of the election, is to first propose the mandate for the executor. If within 15 days she does not form the executive, then President Vjosa Osmani has the right to mandate any party that guarantees she has 61 votes for Kosovo's new government.
If the second mandate fails to form the executive, then Osman announces holding new elections./Periscopi/
