Seven people have suffered minor injuries and are being treated at the Valeva Hospital, according to official information from the hospital where they are being treated.
The causes of the blast have not yet been disclosed, while Serbian authorities have not come up with any official statement about the circumstances of the incident.
This is not the first case that “Kruik” becomes a case of successive accidents. In the last two years alone, this is the fifth such event.
On August 3, 2024, another explosion occurred in the same department, where three people were injured. In the meantime, in 2022 and 2023, there were at least three other cases of workers injured by explosions or technological defects.
Despite the frequency of these events, the “Krushik” factory has remained silent about concrete causes. Only brief announcements, without details of investigation, responsibility or measures, are published on the official page.
Local residents and employee family members are expressing serious concern for security in this military complex, while lack of transparency only increases uncertainty. /Periscope/
