In this case Beytullah Mehmeti, Luan Qerkeyni, Bekim Suma, Fadil Sadiku, Arbret Dalipi and Mehmet Mehmet Mehmeti are charged that, on 24 September 2007, in co-ordination to Besnik Hasani, Shpend Qrim, and with the help of Afet Dalosh, a blaster was claimed to have been deployed and detonated at the site of the “Sekiraqa”, on “Bill Clinton” in Pristina. As a result of this explosion, several others had been hurt.
The accused Hasan and Qerim are tried and sentenced in another judicial process, reports “Justice Trust”, broadcast Periscope.
Witness Aliu said that when the explosion occurred at the Sekiraqa bar, it was in Norway and that his mother told him about the case after police went to his house for control.
He said that after returning from Norway he had appeared at the police station because police had gone home to look for him. There she said there was Enver Sekiraqa, whom she had never met before.

Also heard at this session was Gezim Syla, who said that there was a lot of damage in his family's bar since they were near the scene.

Otherwise, on July 29, 2016, the seven accused had been acquitted of charges of bombing at the “locale. Sekiraqa” in Pristina, with the argument that the defense of the accused had not been uncovered excusing evidence and that continuing the trial would lead to further violations of the principle of fair judgment.
But this case was turned into retrial in April 2017 by the Court of Appeals, following the prosecution's complaint that the Constitutional Court's decision in Pristina was not fair. According to the indictment, this happened by placing and breaking an improvised explosive device on the ground floor in the bar object “Sekiraqa”, on “Bill Clinton” in Pristina.
This charges them with committing criminal work “grave murder” in violation of provisions 23 and 147, par.4, 9 and 11 of the Kosovo Criminal Code.
It says that after a long history of police violence in Ferizaj, the officers of the ROSU Unit and Enver Seker Sequiraces, and following the murder of police Officer Triumf Riza, who in the indictment reportedly believed that “was ordered by Enver Sekiraqa<1>, Ferizaj Police along with the ROSU police planned revenge against Sequiras, blowing up his local bomb in Pristina. It was reportedly located in a populated residential area that was full of bars and restaurants. The bomb, on the other hand, was reportedly deployed in the month of Ramadan on September 24, 2007, when the locals were open to people who were syffyring. Always according to the indictment, the size of the bomb, the site of its location, and the time of the explosion, meant that the suspects were meant to kill, and that happened after two people were killed, and tried to kill the other 11 people.
The third point of the indictment, charges accused Bejtullah Mehmeti, Luan Qerkini, Bekim Suma, Fadil Sadiku, Arbresh Dalpi and Mehmet Mehmeti, that, in co-ordination with now convicts of this faithful Hasani and Shpend Qerim, as well as with the help of Afett Dalosh, caused the death of two persons, causing serious human life risks, breaking up an improvised explosive device located on the floor of a building on the “Clinton> in Pristina, causing severe bodily injuries to others, as well as a cause of property and business in Pristina.
By that, they are accused of committing criminal work “The cause of general risk” with violations of provisions 23 and 291, par.1 and 5 of the Kosovo Criminal Code.
Always according to the indictment, Ferizaj Police, along with ROSU Unit police officers, executed a plan and met at the Deles Farm in Racaj the day before the critical day (23 September 2007), reportedly two people were sent to pick up the blast, anti-tank mine and two weapons.
The incident says the plan was to blow up the bar “Sekiraqa” After returning, it is said that the accused Dalipi and the two accused Mehmet had been instructed what to do, while Dalloshi reportedly let the police execute their plan and had been received at a local Kacanik. Both police cars were reportedly secured by accused Suma and Sadiku, and the license plate was hidden from accused Bejtullah.
