EU High Representative Kaya Kallas, at the Belgrade press conference, has been asked about Serbia's request for the establishment of the Association of Serb majority municipalities, as well as Kosovo's for the removal of punitive measures.
Kallas refused to answer that question without even meeting representatives in Kosovo, reports Express JournalPeriscope broadcast.
“We will travel from here to Kosovo. I will not comment on this before I sit down with Kosovo and address all the concerns we have with them. So I'll do it then”, Kallas said.
EU top diplomat said in Kosovo- Serbia is new and said that the full normalisation of relations between the two countries is what is needed.
Because I'm new in this process, we've designed what works and what doesn't work in this process. Because what we need is normalization of relationships. It is necessary for the future of both countries. So this is what we're working on”.
