Out of the more than 10,000 envelopes of the diaspora vote counted so far, the Socialist Party leads with a profound result to other parties.
According to preliminary data released by the Central Election Commission, 10,056 envelopes from a total of 194,889 have arrived.
The Socialist Party, led by Edi Rama, has secured 5,573 votes, or 55.80% of the total vote count. Second place is the Democratic Party with the Allies, with 2,814 votes, or 28.17%.
The coalition “Nisma Albania becomes” has received 811 votes (8.12 %), while other subjects have secured lower percentages: The option party by 301 votes (3.01%), Movement Together with 217 votes (2.17%), Social Democrat Party by 104 votes (1.04%), the Euro-Atlantic Coalition by 71 votes (0.71%), the Albanian National Alliance with 58 votes (0.85%), the right Coalition for Development by 22 votes, the Homeland Movement by 15 votes, and the Alliance of New Democracy by just one vote./Periscopi/
