Thirty days of detention required for Turkish killing girl with knife in Prizren

The Constitutional Prosecutor in Prizren reports the public opinion that he has requested from the Constitutional Court in Prizren, the appointment of a 30-day detention move against suspects Mehmet Gorenc, (Turkish states), due to suspicions given that the same was committed by the criminal acts “the heavy murder”, the “heavy vote remaining in the attempted”, and the possession of unauthorised or possession of weapons<5>, according to the Penal Code of the Republic of Kosovo <x>

In these actions, the suspect has committed criminal work “grave murder” according to the KPRK.

Likewise, the same person deliberately tries to deprive his life of a girl about 10 years old who is seriously injured in body, then with the same knife strikes his wife, deliberately risking their lives. With these, the suspect's move has committed the criminal act “severe murder remaining in attempted”. Likewise, the same is charged with criminal work “maintaining ownership, control or unauthorized possession of weapons” according to the KPRK.
