According to the DPS report, Roberts had announced the head of the DPS, Ekaterina Trendafilova on May 2nd 2025 that his resignation was due to a lack of time and different priorities, reports the “Justice Trust“.
As a result, Mayor Trendafilova had expressed gratitude for the magistrate's contribution, especially for the drafting and development of the TrsK Procedures and Evidences Rule.
