Costa heads to Albania, expected by Rama

In the Albanian capital, Tirana, he was received by Prime Minister Edi Rama. Costa will participate in the sixth European Political Community meeting that will bring together leaders from all over the continent on Friday, May 16th.
Among the participating states is Kosovo, the country will be represented by President Vjosa Osmani.
The theme of the meeting held at the Albanian helm is “New Europe in a new world: unity co-operation ʹ joint action”.
47 heads of state and government are invited to participate in this sixth meeting of the European Political Community.
As it becomes known on the agenda published on the European Council page, three round, high-level tables will then be held on topics such as Europe's democratic security and sustainability, including Russia's aggression fight against Ukraine, competitiveness and economic security, as well as youth mobility challenges and empowerment
The EU will be represented at the meeting by European Council President Antonio Costa, who will co-chair the meeting together with Albanian Prime Minister Edi Rama.
