Ursula von der Leyen, president of the European Commission, published a photo showing all leaders of the Balkan states.
“in Tirana for the European Political Community Summit. It's the first in the Western Balkans. What a powerful symbol. Our European family of values lies far beyond the European Union. We share a continent. And a common future” wrote von der Leyeen on X.
President Vjosa Osmani is seen in the photo. Near it is Montenegrin counterpart Jakov Milatovic, then Kaya Kallas, the EU High Representative, Albania's incumbent Prime Minister Edi Rama and the president of this country, Bajram Begaj, head of the European Council, Antonio Costa, Poland's Prime Minister Donald Tusk, Serbian President, Allexandar Vuciq, Bosniak presidency member Zelka Cvianovic, of Northern Macedonia's prime minister, Hristen Mickoski.
