Yesterday for the nineteenth time in a row failed to constitute the ninth Parliament's legislature, released from the February 9th elections.
MPs from the opposition party são supported the formation of a commission to oversee a secret vote for the chief parliament, which session speaker Avni Dehari proposed.
With this form of voting came after Vetevendosje candidate Albulen Haxhiu's recent failure to become chief parliamentist.
In statements following yesterday's session, political party representatives gave no indication that they would move from their positions.
